What you get

Hands-on help using AI on your real work: which tools fit, how to use them well, and the guardrails that keep your data safe. We work on the jobs you already do, not a demo.

One-on-one, or AI training with a few people from your team. In person across Dallas-Fort Worth from Coppell, or remotely anywhere in the US.

Where it helps

A few things AI already does in tools I've built:

  • Meetings that write themselves up. Record on a phone, and it comes back as a transcript with each speaker labeled and a draft note: a summary, decisions, and open items.
  • Reading across everything at once. An assistant that sees every note and meeting spots what a person would miss.
  • Faster fixes. On my own projects, I send AI a screenshot of a bug and it works out the cause.

Guardrails

In the notebook I built, AI drafts wait for the owner's review, and the assistant works under rules the owner sets about what it may and may not touch.

What it costs

$250 an hour

Coaching sessions are billed by the hour. When a session turns up something worth building, I'll scope it and give you a fixed price at no charge. If a custom tool isn't worth it, I'll tell you.

Questions

Do you work remotely?

Yes. I work in person across Dallas-Fort Worth from Coppell, and remotely with small businesses anywhere in the US.

What does an AI consultant actually do?

I wrote it up in plain terms: what an AI consultant does for a small business, and what it costs.

Can you build the tool too?

Yes. When a session turns up something worth building, I quote it as a fixed-price custom build, or set it up as AI automation.
