Custom software for small businesses
Maps, field apps, dashboards, and web apps built around one business's exact workflow, from Coppell, across DFW, or remotely. Fixed price, no subscription, and you own the code.

What I build
Maps and field tools
Custom maps and mobile-ready apps for teams in the field: routes, territories, job sites, customers. Built on proven, low-cost tools instead of a $50,000 mapping platform.
Data dashboards
One screen that pulls from the data you already have, without a BI team or a six-figure platform.
Web apps
Simple apps for your team or your customers, from intake forms to job trackers.
How a build runs
Discovery
You describe the problem in your own words. I ask questions until I can see where the time goes.
Build
I bring options and tradeoffs, you pick, and you see working versions along the way.
Deliver
You own what I build. And I don't disappear after handoff.
Recent work
Thirty volunteers working one live map flyered 14,384 homes, every home in the district, without doubling up on a single door.
Maps & Field Tools
Canvassing app
Turf assignment, live results, and saves that work without a signal.
Maps & Field Tools
Shared yard-sign map
Every sign on one map, with a photo, a note, and its status, plus tools to plan routes.
Data Dashboards
Campaign dashboard
Every morning, the whole race on one screen.
What it costs
Fixed price. No subscription.
You pay once for the build. After that, the tool, the code, and the data are yours, with no monthly fee to me to keep using it. Hosting runs on accounts you own, usually for a few dollars a month or less.
I build with AI, which keeps custom work affordable for a small business. Project quotes cost nothing.
When to buy instead
I build custom tools for a living, and I still recommend buying most software. If a tool serves everyone the same way, like email, accounting, or payroll, and it fits how you work at a fair price, buy it.
Building makes sense when the way you work is what sets you apart, when you're paying for several tools to do one job and copying data between them by hand, when monthly fees keep climbing for features you rarely use, or when the data needs to stay under your control.
Questions
Who owns the finished tool?
You do: the tool, the code, and the data.
Where do you work?
In person across Dallas-Fort Worth from Coppell, and remotely with small businesses anywhere in the US.
Need help with AI, not a whole build?
That's AI consulting, by the hour. If you just want the busywork gone, see AI automation.
Paying for software that almost fits?
Most projects scope in a 30-minute call. Tell me where the time goes.
