What goes away

The manual, repetitive work: documents, reports, and the connections between the tools you already use. If someone on your team copies rows from one screen into another by hand, that is the kind of work this replaces.

How I build it

Most of it runs on plain, predictable rules. AI handles only the steps that need judgment, like reading and sorting.

Often the best answer sits in between building and buying: keep the tools that work and build the small piece that connects them.

An example

A post in a local community group went viral, and over a thousand people asked to join in a single night. The organizer was copying each request's answers by hand, and recruiting family to help.

I built a browser add-on that saves every request and its answers to a spreadsheet first, then approves the whole queue one at a time with a single switch. It only ever clicks Approve, and nothing leaves her computer.

Reports work the same way. For a local campaign, a nightly job pulled the county's early-voting files, kept the voters in the district, and had them on a map before the morning shift. Nobody built that report by hand.

What it costs

Fixed price, agreed up front

You know the cost before I start. No hourly meter. You pay once for the build. After that, the tool, the code, and the data are yours, with no monthly fee to me to keep using it. A monthly support plan is there if you want me on call, but you never need it to keep the automation running.

Project quotes cost nothing. If an automation isn't worth building, I'll tell you.

Questions

Do I have to replace the tools I use?

No. Keep the tools that work, and build the small piece that connects them.

Where do you work?

In person across Dallas-Fort Worth from Coppell, and remotely with small businesses anywhere in the US.

Not sure what to automate?

Start with an hour of AI consulting, or tell me where the time goes and I'll scope it for free. For a full tool, see custom software.

What would you stop doing by hand?

Most projects scope in a 30-minute call. Tell me where the time goes.
